1 cup whipped cream, Chantilly type, for decoration
1/4 cups maraschino cherries, for decoration

Melt the butter in a pot over high heat, then add the condensed milk and whole milk and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Then add the shredded coconut, mix well, and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into a bowl or baking dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Once the time has passed, incorporate the whipped vegetable cream into the previously chilled mixture, mixing the ingredients well until you achieve a creamy consistency. Set aside the Brazilian coconut.
Serve the creamy Brazilian coconut in a bowl, decorate with more whipped vegetable cream and add a cherry. If you prefer, you can use dessert cups.
