Tapioca with Strawberries and Pineapple

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca, ,topped
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh, to taste
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Whip the whole milk, egg yolks, and condensed milk.
  • Heat the previous mixture in a pot. Keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the container. Add the tapioca and a splash of vanilla extract, let it cook until it starts to boil.
  • You will notice that the tapioca changes color from white to translucent. Turn off the heat and add the syrup from the pineapples.
  • Let the mixture rest until it cools down.
  • Use chopped pineapple and strawberries to accompany the tapioca mixture.
  • Make sure your dessert is well chilled before eating.
