4 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/4 cups raisins
1/4 cups pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, 90 g

Preheat the oven to 190° C.
Cut the bread into small pieces, place it in a bowl, and add the milk to soak for 10 minutes.
Strain the bread to remove the milk and mix with sugar, egg, vanilla, raisins, walnuts, and melted butter.
Mix thoroughly and pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured 28 cm diameter cake mold.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes; after this time, check the doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean. Let it cool.
