Ice Cream Cake

It is a very simple cake to prepare and there is no way to go wrong. It is very delicious and will impress your guests, you can make it in a very short time and best of all, it doesn't cost much. No one will resist trying it.

  • 2 cups whipping cream, cold
  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon espresso coffee, granulated
  • 24 cookies, macadamia
  • 1 tablet chocolate

  • Whip the cream and sugar until doubled in volume.
  • Add the mascarpone and beat it very well.
  • Incorporate the coffee liqueur, the espresso, and beat to combine.
  • In a round mold with a ring, place a layer of cookies and cut some to cover gaps.
  • Place another layer of cookies, cover with cream, more cookies, and more cream until finishing with a layer of cream!
  • Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it overnight.
