Cider Gelatin

A delicious, easy, unique, and delicate gelatin combined with a fruit cocktail and the flavor of the holiday drink cider, which will surprise all your guests.

  • 140 grams orange gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups cider, pink
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, without syrup

  • Boil the cup of water, once boiled, reduce to low heat, gradually add the gelatin, dissolving the gelatin in the hot water, and remove from heat.
  • Add the three cups of pink cider, mixing very well to dissolve all lumps.
  • Prepare our ring mold with a few drops of oil to prevent the gelatin from sticking.
  • Place our completely syrup-free fruit at the bottom of the mold and pour a small layer of our gelatin just to cover the fruit to prevent it from moving, let it semi-set, and add the rest of the gelatin.
  • Refrigerate the gelatin preferably overnight to unmold it.
