Boil the cup of water, once boiled, reduce to low heat, gradually add the gelatin, dissolving the gelatin in the hot water, and remove from heat. Add the three cups of pink cider, mixing very well to dissolve all lumps. Prepare our ring mold with a few drops of oil to prevent the gelatin from sticking. Place our completely syrup-free fruit at the bottom of the mold and pour a small layer of our gelatin just to cover the fruit to prevent it from moving, let it semi-set, and add the rest of the gelatin. Refrigerate the gelatin preferably overnight to unmold it.
