Cookies & Cream Gelatin

  • 2 cans evaporated milk, (360 ml each) for the milk gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for milk gelatin
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, for milk gelatin
  • 2 cups whipping cream, for milk gelatin
  • 3 cups cream cheese, for milk gelatin
  • 7 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g) hydrated, for the milk gelatin
  • OREO cookies
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • OREO cookies, crumbled for decoration

  • For the gelatin, blend the evaporated milk with vanilla extract, sugar, heavy cream, and cream cheese for 3 minutes.
  • Heat the mixture in a small pot over medium heat, add the previously hydrated gelatin and stir until it dissolves. Set aside.
  • In a greased mold, place a layer of Oreo cookies neatly and cover with a little gelatin. Refrigerate until set and repeat until the mold is full.
  • Remove the gelatin from the refrigerator, unmold onto a plate and decorate with whipped cream rosettes and crumbled cookies. Serve.
