For the gelatin, blend the evaporated milk with vanilla extract, sugar, heavy cream, and cream cheese for 3 minutes. Heat the mixture in a small pot over medium heat, add the previously hydrated gelatin and stir until it dissolves. Set aside. In a greased mold, place a layer of Oreo cookies neatly and cover with a little gelatin. Refrigerate until set and repeat until the mold is full. Remove the gelatin from the refrigerator, unmold onto a plate and decorate with whipped cream rosettes and crumbled cookies. Serve.
