Delicious Strawberry Gelatin with Cream

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin, 25 g
  • 2 cups water, cold
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7 g each

  • For the strong pink layer, heat 2 cups of water in a small pot and dissolve the strawberry gelatin, add the cold water and sweetened condensed milk. Pour a quarter into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  • For the light pink layer, in a pot heat the milk, evaporated milk, jam, cream, and gelatin, cook until completely dissolved. Let cool and pour a quarter into the mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • Pour the rest of the gelatins, alternating the colors, refrigerating between each layer. Once the mold is full, refrigerate for at least one more hour to set completely.
  • Unmold and decorate with raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and fresh mint.
