Easy Ronpope Gelatin

Prepare this delicious gelatin, it is very easy to make and has a rich flavor of ronpope with cinnamon. It includes a rich raspberry sauce that provides an excellent contrast of flavors.

  • 3 envelopes natural unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 4 cups rompope
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 sprig cinnamon
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh (Raspberry Coulis)
  • 1/4 cups water, (Raspberry Coulis)
  • 1/2 cups sugar, (Raspberry Coulis)

  • Place the water in a pot and add the gelatin off the heat to hydrate it.
  • Place the pot on the heat and once the gelatin is melted, add the sugar, ronpope, and heavy cream.
  • Mix well until everything is well incorporated and without lumps.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and grease a gelatin mold with a little vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  • Pour the gelatin into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • For the raspberry coulis: Place the raspberries, sugar, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Take the gelatin out of the refrigerator, unmold it, and serve with the raspberry coulis. Buy HERE
