Gelatin with Pineapple and Carrot

  • 2 packages orange gelatin
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 limes
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Drain the pineapple and grate the carrots.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in 3 cups of cold water, add a pinch of salt, two cups of cold water, the sugar, one cup of pineapple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, and refrigerate.
  • When it is halfway set, stir in the carrots and pineapple and refrigerate again.
  • Once it is well set, you can eat it.
