Individual Mosaic Jellies

Mosaic jelly is a classic that is always a hit at parties, gatherings, or just to enjoy at home. With this recipe, you can easily prepare it in individual servings, resulting in a very colorful dessert with fun flavors.   • 4 cups cow's milk, very hot
  • 1/4 cups gelatin, blue raspberry
  • 1/4 cups lime gelatin
  • 1/4 cups mango gelatin
  • 1/4 cups mixed berries gelatin
  • 4 cups water, very hot
  • 1 cup pineapple gelatin

  • Divide the hot milk into 4 containers and add the blue raspberry jelly, the lemon jelly, the mango jelly, and the red fruit jelly respectively to each one. Pour into molds to refrigerate and chill for 1 hour until set.
  • Unmold the jellies and cut into uniform cubes. Set aside.
  • Mix the hot water with the pineapple jelly; remove from heat and wait for it to cool to room temperature.
  • Arrange the flavored jelly cubes in a mold, add the liquid jelly to each mold, and refrigerate for an hour. Unmold, serve, and enjoy.
