  • 2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7g each, hydrated
  • 1/2 cups granulated Mexican chocolate
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups chocolate syrup

  • Heat the milk with the sugar in a small pot over medium heat. Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon, cook for 10 minutes or until the ingredients release their aroma.
  • Add the previously hydrated gelatin and stir to dissolve with the heat of the preparation.
  • Separate the preparation into 3 different bowls. In the first one, add 1 cup of table chocolate, in the second ½ cup, and in the third, the condensed milk.
  • Pour the condensed milk mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set. Repeat with the other two preparations, ensuring that the color layers are well defined.
  • Remove from refrigeration, unmold the gelatin, and cut a portion, decorate with chocolate syrup.
