Pour the milk into a pot over medium heat and wait for it to heat up, then remove from the heat. Immediately add two packets of D’Gari® coconut-flavored gelatin and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Pour the mixture of D’Gari® coconut-flavored gelatin into a round mold previously greased with cooking spray, until it covers ¾ of the mold. Then add the strawberry, the cherry in syrup, and the raspberry, covering the entire surface; you will notice how the liquid begins to rise. If necessary, add more coconut gelatin until the entire mold is covered. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Once our D’Gari® coconut-flavored gelatin is set, make some cuts with a knife, creating curved lines to obtain the shape of a pinwheel; you should get 10 spaces. Then remove 5 of the cut spaces, alternating them, so you can fill them and create a two-colored gelatin. Set aside.
For the water gelatin: Heat 4 cups of water in a pot, once hot, remove from heat and pour in two packets of D’Gari® cherry-flavored gelatin, stirring constantly with a spoon and set aside. Freeze for about 10 minutes; it should have a semi-thick consistency. Fill the spaces you made in the gelatin with the help of a syringe or spoon (whichever is more comfortable for you), ensuring they are perfectly covered. Once all spaces are filled, refrigerate for 2 hours or until well set.
For decoration: Prepare the D’Gari® coconut-flavored gelatin and the D’Gari® cherry-flavored gelatin as you did before. Once ready, pour into a previously greased flat mold and freeze until well set. Once set, cut into medium cubes for decoration.
Once your Christmas gelatin is unmolded in the shape of a pinwheel, decorate with the gelatin cubes around it and sprinkle with coconut flakes on the edge, drenching with a little D’Gari® strawberry syrup. Finish with cherries in syrup and mint leaves.
