1 1/4 cups wheat flour
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoons baking soda
1 cup banana, mashed
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cups vegetable oil
1/3 cups low-fat milk
2 egg whites

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a loaf pan.
In a deep bowl, mix the bananas, sugar, oil, milk, and egg whites.
Add the flour, oats, baking powder, and baking soda.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the mold.
