Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 cup banana, crushed
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/3 cups skim milk
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a pancake mold.
Mix bananas, sugar, oil, milk and egg whites in a deep bowl.
Add flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the mold.

PRESENTATION
