7 grams splenda sugar
200 milliliters whipping cream
7 grams unflavored gelatin powder

Dissolve the coffee with a little hot water (to make it concentrated), add the Splenda and mix.
Hydrate the gelatin and add it to the cream while beating until it reaches Chantilly consistency.
Add the coffee mixture and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture. Let it refrigerate for 2 hours or until it has a good consistency.
