Light Coffee Mousse

  • 8 grams instant coffee
  • 7 grams splenda sugar
  • 200 milliliters whipping cream
  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin powder

  • Dissolve the coffee with a little hot water (to make it concentrated), add the Splenda and mix.
  • Hydrate the gelatin and add it to the cream while beating until it reaches Chantilly consistency.
  • Add the coffee mixture and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture. Let it refrigerate for 2 hours or until it has a good consistency.
