Ingredients

5 portions
  • 8 grams instant coffee
  • 7 grams splenda sugar
  • 200 milliliters whipping cream
  • 7 grams gelatin

Preparation

Dissolve the coffee with a little hot water (so it is concentrated), add the splenda and mix.
To hydrate the grenetina and to add to the cream while it is beaten until point chantilly.
Add the coffee to the mixture and beat until there is a homogeneous mixture. Leave to refrigerate for 2 hours or until it has a good consistency.

PRESENTATION

To serve, put it in a cup or glass and put a little whipped cream on top of the mousse and a coffee bean.
