Dissolve the coffee with a little hot water (so it is concentrated), add the splenda and mix.
To hydrate the grenetina and to add to the cream while it is beaten until point chantilly.
Add the coffee to the mixture and beat until there is a homogeneous mixture. Leave to refrigerate for 2 hours or until it has a good consistency.
