Low-Fat Chocolate Cheesecake

  • Pam® butter, butter-flavored canola oil spray
  • 200 grams María cookies
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 700 grams double cream cheese, light
  • 20 grams artificial sweetener, granulated for cooking
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 300 milliliters unsweetened natural yoghurt
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the base, crush the cookies and spray a container with 10 shots of PAM® Butter one by one.
  • Add a teaspoon of baking powder. Place it in a round baking mold, compact well with the help of a spoon or with your hand to form a cookie base.
  • In a separate bowl, empty the cheese, add the sugar, yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, then add the previously melted chocolate in a double boiler and beat until incorporated, then pour into the cookie base mold.
  • Bake in a water bath for approximately 30 minutes at a temperature of 160°C.
