Marshmallow Gelatin

  • 3 cups marshmallow, white for the gelatin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the gelatin
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the gelatin
  • 1 cup double cream cheese, for the gelatin
  • 1 cup table cream, for the gelatin
  • 1 cup yogurt, with nut for the gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for the gelatin
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar, for the gelatin
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted for the gelatin (7g each)
  • 2 cups marshmallow, mini colored, for the gelatin
  • marshmallow, colored, for decoration and for the gelatin
  • whipped cream, painted purple, for decoration
  • rainbow sprinkles

  • Blend the marshmallows with evaporated milk, condensed milk, double cream cheese, half cream, yogurt, vanilla essence, and sugar until achieving a homogeneous mixture, then pour in the gelatin gradually in a thin stream.
  • Pour ¾ of the mixture into a gelatin mold, add ¾ of the mini colored marshmallows, and refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigeration and add the rest of the marshmallows, filling with the remaining gelatin. Refrigerate until fully set.
  • Unmold the gelatin, stick marshmallows around with a bit of whipped cream, decorate with small purple whipped cream rosettes and colored sprinkles. Tie with a ribbon and serve.
