Mille-Feuille with Dulce de Leche

If you enjoy easy desserts, prepare this delicious mille-feuille made from fine and crispy puff pastry, covered in delightful dulce de leche and decorated with toasted sliced almonds. The best combination of textures and flavors in a single dessert.

  • 1 kilo puff pastry
  • wheat flour, to spread
  • 3 cups dulce de leche
  • almonds, sliced and toasted

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of ½ cm using a rolling pin.
  • Using a plate and a knife, cut out 10 puff pastry discs, place the discs on a baking tray, prick with a fork, place another tray on top, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • On a cake base, place one puff pastry disc and use a piping bag to add a thin layer of dulce de leche, repeating the same process until all puff pastry discs are used.
  • Completely cover the mille-feuille with more dulce de leche and decorate with toasted almonds around.
  • Serve a slice and enjoy.
