75 grams vegetable oil
190 grams sugar
1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
160 grams cow's milk
8 grams vanilla essence
60 grams dried cranberries
60 grams frozen blueberry
8 grams baking powder
Preparation

Whisk the egg, oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Incorporate the Gamesa pancake flour and baking powder in 2 portions. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the blueberries and incorporate gently, being careful not to crush the blueberries.
Pour into previously greased molds and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
