With this recipe, you can prepare a delicious Nut and Oat Pie that is much more nutritious, quite simple to make, and you can serve it with a little whipped cream at the end.
With a rolling pin, make a 28 cm circle with the dough. Place the dough in a 24 cm pie dish previously greased with vegetable spray. Press the edges of the dough.
In a deep bowl, mix the sugar, corn syrup, oats, walnuts, butter, vanilla, salt, and eggs. Whisk well with a balloon whisk for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the pie and bake for 50 minutes or until the center is cooked. Remove from the oven.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
