1 1/4 cups clotted cream
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cups raisins
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
6 eggs

Beat the cream until fluffy, gradually add the sugar, and without stopping to beat, add the eggs one by one.
The flour must be sifted three times along with the baking powder.
When the mixture reaches the ribbon stage, add the flour and raisins.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold, filling it halfway, and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 300°C.
