Grease and flour a round cake mold. Sift 2 ¼ cups of flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the lemon zest and set aside.
Cream the butter together with the sugar, add the eggs one by one and pour in 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
Incorporate, alternately, the flour mixture and Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt. With the remaining ¼ cup of flour, coat the strawberries. This is to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake, ensuring they are well distributed.
Place the mixture in the greased mold. Lower the oven temperature to 165°C and bake for approximately 1 hour.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding.
Combine the remaining 2 tbsp of lemon juice and powdered sugar to make a glaze. Decorate the cake with the glaze.
