1 cup peanuts
1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
2 cups sugar
1/4 cups water

Toast the seeds over low heat in a griddle or pan to release their aroma. Set aside.
In a deep pan or pot, heat the sugar with the water over low heat and let it boil until it turns amber.
Incorporate the seeds and mix very well. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet with a silicone mat and spread it out with the help of a rolling pin.
Let the mixture dry for about 20 minutes or until the caramel is hard. Cut and serve.
