Simple Cheese Pie

This pie has the consistency of a flan, with the delicious flavor of cream cheese. Ideal for those who do not like dry desserts.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 250 grams cream cheese, or double cream
  • 1 package vanilla cookies
  • 1 stick butter, melted (90 gr)
  • 1 dash vanilla essence
  • 30 grams butter, (to grease the pan)

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a pie pan with butter.
  • Mix the cheese, the milks, the egg, and the vanilla until smooth. This can also be done in a blender on low speed.
  • Crush the package of cookies until they turn to dust and mix with the melted butter until a dough forms. Once the dough is ready, cover the pan with it, leaving no empty spaces. The amount of dough depends on individual taste.
  • Pour the cheese mixture into the pan and place it in the oven. After 40 minutes, insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let it cool.
