Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a pie pan with butter. Mix the cheese, the milks, the egg, and the vanilla until smooth. This can also be done in a blender on low speed. Crush the package of cookies until they turn to dust and mix with the melted butter until a dough forms. Once the dough is ready, cover the pan with it, leaving no empty spaces. The amount of dough depends on individual taste. Pour the cheese mixture into the pan and place it in the oven. After 40 minutes, insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let it cool.
