Ingredients: 5 eggs; 1 can condensed milk; 1 can evaporated milk; 250 grams cream cheese, or double cream; 1 package vanilla cookies; 1 stick butter, melted (90 gr); 1 dash vanilla essence; 30 grams butter, (to grease the pan)

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a pie pan with butter. Mix the cheese, the milks, the egg, and the vanilla until smooth. This can also be done in a blender on low speed.
