2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup cranberries
1 cup icing sugar, for the glaze
2 tablespoons lime juice, for the glaze

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the natural Oikos® yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
Combine the mixtures and add the blueberries, mixing until fully integrated.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake mold, bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool.
For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice.
Pour the glaze over the cake and decorate with blueberries.
