2 ripe bananas
5 grams stevia, granulated
1 egg
1/4 cups low-fat milk
1/5 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 cups oats
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 330 °F or 165 °C.
Grease a loaf pan and mash the bananas.
Add the egg, milk, oil, stevia to the bananas, and mix very well.
Sift together the baking powder, flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and add them to the previous mixture. Incorporate the vanilla and walnuts.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
