Sugar-Free Banana Bread

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 5 grams stevia, granulated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/5 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 330 °F or 165 °C.
  • Grease a loaf pan and mash the bananas.
  • Add the egg, milk, oil, stevia to the bananas, and mix very well.
  • Sift together the baking powder, flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and add them to the previous mixture. Incorporate the vanilla and walnuts.
  • Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
