1/4 cups unsalted butter
4 pears, peeled, cored, cut into quarters
4 tablespoons sugar
8 crepes
chocolate syrup

In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the pear slices, cooking each slice on both sides.
When you notice a golden color, sprinkle the sugar and remove from heat.
Heat the crepes, fill them with the pears, and roll them like a taco.
Place two crepes per plate.
Decorate with lines of chocolate syrup.
