Crepes with Jam and Cream Cheese

  • 1 cup cow's milk, for the crepes
  • 1/3 cups flour, for the crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for the crepes
  • 1 egg, for the crepes
  • 1/8 cups strawberry Mccormick® jam, for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the crepes
  • red food coloring, for the crepes
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry Mccormick® jam, for serving

  • canned peaches, for serving
  • peppermint, for serving

  • For the crepes, blend the milk with the flour, butter, egg, McCormick® strawberry jam, vanilla, and food coloring until a smooth mixture forms.
  • In a non-stick pan, pour a little oil and remove the excess with a paper towel. Add a bit of the crepe mixture and spread it out, cooking over medium heat until the crepe is cooked, flipping halfway through. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and lemon zest.
  • Fill the crepes with the previous mixture and serve with more McCormick® strawberry jam, berries, peach, and mint.
