2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted, for the crepes
1 egg, for the crepes
1/8 cups strawberry Mccormick® jam, for the crepes
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla , for the crepes
red food coloring, for the crepes

1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lime zest
4 tablespoons strawberry Mccormick® jam, for serving

For the crepes, blend the milk with the flour, butter, egg, McCormick® strawberry jam, vanilla, and food coloring until a smooth mixture forms.
In a non-stick pan, pour a little oil and remove the excess with a paper towel. Add a bit of the crepe mixture and spread it out, cooking over medium heat until the crepe is cooked, flipping halfway through. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and lemon zest.
Fill the crepes with the previous mixture and serve with more McCormick® strawberry jam, berries, peach, and mint.
