Ingredients: 1 cup cow's milk, for the crepes; 1/3 cups flour, for the crepes; 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for the crepes; 1 egg, for the crepes; 1/8 cups strawberry Mccormick® jam, for the crepes; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the crepes; red food coloring, for the crepes; vegetable oil; 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature; 1/4 cups icing sugar; 1 tablespoon lime zest; 4 tablespoons strawberry Mccormick® jam, for serving; mixed berries; canned peaches, for serving; peppermint, for serving

For the crepes, blend the milk with the flour, butter, egg, McCormick® strawberry jam, vanilla, and food coloring until a smooth mixture forms. In a non-stick pan, pour a little oil and remove the excess with a paper towel. Add a bit of the crepe mixture and spread it out, cooking over medium heat until the crepe is cooked, flipping halfway through. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
