1 cup tofu
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
Scrape the sides of the blender often with a rubber spatula (miserable) to achieve a completely smooth frosting.
