1 cup flour
1/4 cups unsalted butter , melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/8 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Yoghurt Lala® Greek style red fruits
1/2 cups strawberry
3/4 cups ricotta cheese
1/2 cups almonds, sliced
strawberry , for garnish
chocolate syrup , for garnish

For the crepes, blend the milk with the flour, butter, cinnamon, egg, vanilla, and sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour a little of the crepe mixture, spread it out, and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
In a bowl, mix the Lala® Greek-style red fruit yoghurt with the strawberries, ricotta cheese, and sliced almonds.
Fill the crepe with the Lala® Greek-style red fruit yoghurt mixture, garnish with strawberries and chocolate syrup.
