Yoghurt and Strawberry Crepes

Crepes are very versatile, as they can be sweet or savory. Try these delicious strawberry crepes filled with Lala® Greek-style red fruit yoghurt, ricotta cheese, and almonds, a perfect dessert for any occasion.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/8 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Yoghurt Lala® Greek style red fruits
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 3/4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cups almonds, sliced
  • strawberries, for garnish
  • chocolate syrup, for garnish

  • For the crepes, blend the milk with the flour, butter, cinnamon, egg, vanilla, and sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour a little of the crepe mixture, spread it out, and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • In a bowl, mix the Lala® Greek-style red fruit yoghurt with the strawberries, ricotta cheese, and sliced almonds.
  • Fill the crepe with the Lala® Greek-style red fruit yoghurt mixture, garnish with strawberries and chocolate syrup.
