Ingredients: 2 cups milk; 1 cup flour; 1/4 cups butter, melted; 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1/8 cups sugar; 1 1/2 cups Yoghurt Lala® Greek style red fruits; 1/2 cups strawberries; 3/4 cups ricotta cheese; 1/2 cups almonds, sliced; strawberries, for garnish; chocolate syrup, for garnish

For the crepes, blend the milk with the flour, butter, cinnamon, egg, vanilla, and sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour a little of the crepe mixture, spread it out, and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
