1 cup mandarin orange juice
1 ginger

In a bowl or deep container wash and disinfect the fruits. Reservation.
Cut and squeeze the tangerine, reserve the juice.
Remove the skin from the ginger and papaya, cut them into pieces.
In a blender glass add the fruits, the tangerine juice and blend perfectly well.
If desired, strain to avoid solids. Decorate with pieces of mandarin.
