Cinnamon Rolls with Loaf Bread

  • 9 sandwich bread
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for the glaze
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the glaze
  • 3 tablespoons milk, for the glaze

  • Place plastic wrap on the table, lay the slices of bread, and using a brush, add egg to the edges and press with your fingers.
  • Using a brush, coat the entire bread with melted butter, add sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and blueberries. Using your hands and the plastic wrap, roll it up, pressing the roll to prevent the filling from coming out. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Cut rolls 3 cm thick, place on a baking tray, and bake for 15 minutes at 180° C.
  • To prepare the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk. Set aside.
  • Drizzle the cinnamon rolls with the glaze.
