In a skillet, fry the chorizo and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Pour in the beans and when they start to boil, add the grated cheese and the chili, mix to incorporate all the ingredients and to melt the cheese. Add the lard and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve, garnish with fresh cheese and fried chorizo. Accompany with hot sauce (Tabasco style) and corn tortilla chips. Enjoy.
