Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Easy and creamy snack to serve with pita bread or toasted bread. The artichoke dip recipe is my specialty and I always serve it at my parties.

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 5 grams butter
  • lime juice, 1/2 piece
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can artichoke
  • 1/2 bags spinach
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese
  • granulated chicken bouillon

  • Sauté the onion and spinach in olive oil and butter until cooked.
  • Add the chopped artichoke hearts and sauté lightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, broth, lemon, and Tabasco sauce.
  • Heat the cream cheese and cream in the microwave until completely melted. Incorporate it into the mixture.
