Easy and creamy snack to serve with pita bread or toasted bread. The artichoke dip recipe is my specialty and I always serve it at my parties.

Sauté the onion and spinach in olive oil and butter until cooked. Add the chopped artichoke hearts and sauté lightly. Season with salt and pepper, broth, lemon, and Tabasco sauce. Heat the cream cheese and cream in the microwave until completely melted. Incorporate it into the mixture.
