Bean Tlacoyos with Chorizo

1/2 cups white onion
2 cups chorizo
1/2 kilos masa dough
1 tablespoon table salt
water, for kneading
2 cups black beans, cooked
sour cream, for accompaniment
green salsa, raw for accompaniment
serrano chile, in slices for decoration

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chorizo with the onion until golden, remove from heat and set aside.
On a clean surface, place the masa de maíz, salt, and a few drops of water, and with your hands, knead until the masa is hydrated and softened.
Shape the tlacoyos with your hands. Fill with beans, flatten, and seal along the edge, trying to maintain the traditional tlacoyo shape.
Cook on a comal over medium heat until the masa is cooked.
Serve the tlacoyos with chorizo, cream, fresh cheese, raw green salsa, and slices of serrano to your liking. Enjoy.
