Cheese and Blueberry Pop

  • 380 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 25 grapes
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 25 pretzel sticks
  • chives, for decoration
  • salt and pepper

  • Place the cheese in a bowl and use a spatula to cream it until smooth, add salt and pepper. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • Mix the nuts, blueberries, and chopped green onions.
  • Cover the grapes with the cheese and roll in the mixture of nuts, blueberries, and green onions, place on wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Insert the pretzel stick and refrigerate for 30 more minutes.
  • Decorate with strips of green onion resembling a bow.
