Cheese Ball with Bacon and Chili

  • 250 grams bacon
  • 2 sticks cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 package saltine crackers

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Place the bacon on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • Soften the cheese and form a ball with your hands. Set aside.

  • Cover the cheese ball with the bacon mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
