250 grams bacon
2 sticks cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon serrano chile, finely chopped
1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
1 package saltine crackers

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Place the bacon on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Soften the cheese and form a ball with your hands. Set aside.
Chop the bacon and mix it with the walnuts and serrano chili.
Cover the cheese ball with the bacon mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
