2 pears, with the core removed and cut into thin slices
200 grams gorgonzola cheese, in pieces
100 grams arugula

Place the baguette in the oven to toast for 10 min. Remove and top with a slice of pear, a bit of arugula, and a bit of gorgonzola cheese.
