Stuffed Peppers

  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 6 bell pepper, of colors
  • 1/2 kilos ground meat, with pork
  • 1 sprig sage
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion, garlic, meat, sage sprig, and add the tomato puree, cook until it comes to a boil and add the Philadelphia® cream cheese. Season to taste.
  • Cut the top off the pepper, remove the seeds, and cut in half. Fill with the meat mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C and serve.
