Ingredients: 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese; 6 bell pepper, of colors; 1/2 kilos ground meat, with pork; 1 sprig sage; 1/2 onions; 1 clove garlic; 1 cup tomato purée; 3 tablespoons olive oil; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion, garlic, meat, sage sprig, and add the tomato puree, cook until it comes to a boil and add the Philadelphia® cream cheese. Season to taste. Cut the top off the pepper, remove the seeds, and cut in half. Fill with the meat mixture.
