A delicious appetizer, snack, or meal to share with friends. These crispy chicken wings are well-seasoned with a bit of garlic, oregano, and soy sauce. Ingredients that give them a unique and delicious flavor.
We clean and cut the chicken wings well (in case they are not pre-cut). We salt them.
We place them in a deep container and pour a generous splash of vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, and the rest of the water until they are covered. We add a handful of oregano to the container and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
After that time, we take them out and coat them in flour. We pour them into hot oil with a couple of garlic cloves to give them flavor.
We remove them when they are golden and crispy.
