Crispy Chicken Wings

A delicious appetizer, snack, or meal to share with friends. These crispy chicken wings are well-seasoned with a bit of garlic, oregano, and soy sauce. Ingredients that give them a unique and delicious flavor.

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 dash white vinegar, apple cider vinegar
  • 1 handful oregano
  • 1 drizzle soy sauce
  • 1 drizzle water
  • 1 handful flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • We clean and cut the chicken wings well (in case they are not pre-cut). We salt them.
  • We place them in a deep container and pour a generous splash of vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, and the rest of the water until they are covered. We add a handful of oregano to the container and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • After that time, we take them out and coat them in flour. We pour them into hot oil with a couple of garlic cloves to give them flavor.
  • We remove them when they are golden and crispy.
