Preparation
We cleaned well and cut the chicken wings (in case they were not cut). We salted them.
We put them in a deep bowl and pour an abundant chorretón of vinegar, a stream of soybeans and the rest of the water until they are covered. Pour a handful of oregano into the bowl and let rest a minimum of 30 minutes.
After that time, we take them out and flour them. Pour them in hot oil with a couple of garlics to give them flavor.
We remove them when they are golden and crispy.
